About the role

As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. 
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. 
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance. 
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair 

What we’re looking for:

• IT-related certificate or diploma 
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience 
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills 
• A+ certification (preferred) 
• -Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)
