Project Manager / Demolition Environmental Contracting

New England Yankee Construction

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with Demolition and Environmental Contracting experience to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Start-up projects and establish baseline schedules
Forecast potential roadblocks
Ensure compliance with current regulatory guidelines and
Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
Maintain required project documentation
Closeout projects for compliance and budgeting

Qualifications:

Previous experience in environmental and demolition contracting
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
