Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – SNF, Amsterdam, NY. This travel - temporary assignment starts June 15, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,316 to $1,426 per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, including assessment, monitoring, and basic nursing interventions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of practice; monitor for adverse effects
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; document observations and escalate changes promptly
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility; support comfort, safety, and hygiene
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; participate in care planning and care coordination
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; ensure safety and quality of care

Requirements

• Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of SNF LPN experience
• Availability for evenings (5x8) and every other weekend; able to work at least 4 of 5 scheduled shifts
• Eligible to work in a skilled nursing facility setting in New York
