\nSilverton Pediatrics , a joint venture of RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Pediatrician to join a well-established, thriving multi-provider practice along the Jersey Shore. Conveniently located in Toms River, NJwithin close proximity to both New York City and Philadelphiathis opportunity offers an ideal balance of professional growth and coastal lifestyle.
\nThis is a full-time position within a collaborative practice environment supported by experienced physicians and dedicated clinical staff, utilizing advanced EHR and digital technologies to deliver high-quality pediatric care.
\nPosition Overview
\nThe General Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients within a busy and supportive practice. This role offers a strong work-life balance with a four-day work week and shared call schedule, along with the opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with access to RWJBarnabas Healths extensive resources.

Candidate Requirements

- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics \n
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey \n

Compensation & Benefits
\nThe anticipated minimum salary range for this position if hired to work is $185,000 per year.
\nThe compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
