Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric and adult patients within an outpatient-focused caseload, with broader exposure to acute care and swing bed cases
- Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions (therapeutic exercise, functional training, modalities) to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and discharge planning across outpatient, acute care, and swing bed settings
- Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner; maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, fall prevention, and strategies to maximize functional outcomes
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety guidelines, and patient-centered care standards

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Texas or eligibility for licensure
- Pediatric clinical experience required
- No new grads; prior experience in pediatrics preferred
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Experience with outpatient-based practice; exposure to acute care and swing bed settings is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
