Food Processing Maintenance Leader

Bento Inc. in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Food Processing Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance and optimize equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality.
