Philanthropy Officer

Philanthropy Officer for Providence Foundation in Portland, OR. Full‑time day shift – Supporting Heart Institute. The Major Gift Officer is responsible for all aspects of managing a balanced portfolio of donors with the ability to solicit gifts in excess of $10,000 and above. This position requires the ability to manage confidential information, work collaboratively with team members, and develop strategies that facilitate major gifts for the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Non‑profit Management, or Finance. Experience soliciting gifts in excess of $10,000 with strong preference for those individuals with experience soliciting gifts in excess of $100,000. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree 8 years experience.
