Description Demco is seeking experienced welders with at least one year of welding experience. We have current welder openings at our facility located in Spencer, IA . Prior MIG welding experience in multiple positions (vertical down, horizontal, etc.) and material thickness is required. Demco provides a competitive compensation & benefits package that takes into account your welding experience, skills, and expertise. Starting wage based on experience. Now eligible for a sign-on bonus! Hours are Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm and Fridays as needed.
