Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Milford, IA. In this role, you'll help assemble quality products, support production operations, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. Assemble products and components according to production specifications

Load materials and remove finished products from production equipment

Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Package completed products for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow safety procedures and report concerns to supervisors or leads

High school diploma or GED

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and grasp for extended periods

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required

No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
