Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Technician workers for a manufacturing/warehouse company in Spencer, IA. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations, help maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a clean and safe environment. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Technician:

• Operate a forklift safely and effectively
• Move freight, stock, and materials between storage and production areas
• Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
• Use SAP or other software tools to track inventory and workflow
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct routine inspections
• Assist other departments and complete additional duties as assigned
• Participate in team meetings to review performance and identify improvements

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Technician Role:

• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation to the Spencer, IA area
• Ability to pass any required pre‑employment screenings
