Maid Right is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our team and streamline our growing business. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be the engine behind our growth, overseeing hiring, training, lead management, and daily logistics to ensure our clients receive the best service in the industry.

Core Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our services:
- Team Leadership: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of cleaning crews to ensure they master the Maid Right system.
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads and conduct new customer walkthroughs to convert inquiries into recurring revenue.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage daily scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency and provide relief support for absences when necessary.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, including customer retention rates and operational profitability, to drive business decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning standards are met through site visits and customer feedback loops.
- Inventory Management: Maintain equipment and oversee cleaning supply levels.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, handle customer relations, and drive revenue.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to job sites and customer walkthroughs.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and tracking business data points.
- Reliability: A high level of accountability and a "get it done" attitude.
