Who are we? After a strong quarter, our Miami office (Brickell) is looking to continue expanding and hire our future top-performing Recruitment Delivery Consultants. No experience within Recruitment? No worries! Our 12 week training program involves both classroom and hands on exposure of full sales and recruitment cycles to help you hit the ground running. LHi Group is a people business! Operate as a professional matchmaker between top companies and top talent within a niche STEM market High volume lead generation by cold outreach (calls, emails, messaging, networking) Set daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets alongside manager and team to reach monthly and yearly revenue goals in alignment to personal and promotional efforts and business standards Negotiate contract, salary and benefit expectations. Consult on interview process and market trends. Create and develop relationships with new and existing candidates through cold and warm outreach - Cold Calling, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Google Search, Zoom Info, Database, networking, etc Become a Market Specialist: You’ll become an expert on a niche industry by speaking with professionals in the space, doing market research, and mapping out competitors. You’ll then use that information to strategically expand your network. The Perks (The Good Stuff!) Base salary of $50,000 and a starting guarantee of an additional $10,000 base paid biweekly while in training, with uncapped commission and bonus offerings (opportunity to earn over 70-80K your first year) 20+ PTO days in addition to 13 Holiday Days, 5 Sick Days, 1 Volunteering Day, and your birthday off!
