HR Coordinator/Recruiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team and drive our Human Resources and Recruiting efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruiting processes, support employee onboarding and orientation, and contribute to our talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting and executive search. Develop and implement sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage relationships with candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and effective communication skills. Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently. Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Support internal recruiting initiatives such as campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes. Assist HR Manager in daily activities and meet Metrics/KPIs. Requirements Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS tools like Lever or Taleo is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts. Experience in employee orientation programs and contracts management. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media management for recruitment campaigns, and training & development initiatives.
