Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of charge experience preferred

License: Valid state license required

Certifications: ARMRIT, ARRT R, BLS, either specialty certification accepted

Must-Have: Experience with Epic charting system preferred, Experience in Trauma Level I preferred, Ability to administer contrast media, Experience with general MRI exams, Flexibility to float between nearby facilities, if required

Description: The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing MRI examinations. The position requires proficiency in MRI techniques and equipment. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members is essential. The candidate must demonstrate patient-centered care and safety protocols. Comfort with handling various patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, is expected. The role may involve working with specialized equipment for various MRI procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient interactions are necessary. The MRI Tech should be capable of preparing and administering contrast media as part of the examination process. Participation in ongoing education and training related to MRI practices is required. The candidate must be willing to work required holidays. Completion of additional modules is expected and self-reported. All policies regarding floating between facilities will be applicable.
