MRI Technologist - Travel Position

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for a travel position. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality imaging services while working in diverse clinical settings across various locations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing MRI scans and will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment and assist with quality control measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience.
• Current ARMRIT or ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Valid state licensure in California.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.

Schedule

This position follows a 3x12-hour shift schedule (10:30 AM - 10:30 PM). The candidate must be willing to work weekends and be available for occasional call shifts as needed.
