We are seeking dependable Remote Call Center Reps for a full-time temporary contract opportunity supporting customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage. This work-from-home role is open to New Jersey residents only, and residency will be verified.

This is a strong opportunity for customer service professionals who enjoy helping others, working in a structured call center environment, and using technology to resolve customer needs. Representatives receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced leadership to help them succeed in a fast-paced remote setting.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while navigating multiple systems. This role is a great fit for individuals who can work independently from home, follow detailed procedures, maintain confidentiality, and deliver a positive customer experience on every call.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls and provide courteous, professional support.
- Assist customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage.
- Enter, update, process, and document customer information accurately in required systems.
- Follow established policies, scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers in real time.
- Escalate complex questions or issues to the appropriate support resource when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay is $18.00 per hour for English-speaking representatives.
- Pay is $19.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual representatives.
- Full-time, temporary contract position.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- 40 hours per week.
- Remote work-from-home position for New Jersey residents only.
- Must have full availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday.
- Candidates must be available to work any shift within operating hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Specific work schedules will be assigned based on business needs.
- Training is approximately 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
- Candidates must be on camera throughout training and nesting and maintain reliable attendance.
