At R2, we are partnered with a leading FMCG brand based out of the Garden State! This brand is in a serious growth period with no signs of slowing down. It is currently in 20,000 stores worldwide and aims to become a market leader in its space. Employees enjoy a supportive, community-focused culture, great benefits, unparalleled growth opportunities, and great compensation!
They're looking for a hands-on creative leader: a designer who can concept, craft, direct, and deliver scroll-stopping, shelf-popping, brand-building work across every channel, including packaging, social, digital, campaigns, in-store and out-of-store retail, and content, from bite-sized chaos for TikTok to meme-culture moments, micro-stories, and even product ASMR.
If you have...
- 7+ years in a creative design role, ideally in FMCG, food and beverage, or consumer brands, with a portfolio showing end-to-end work across packaging, social, digital, and retail
- Proven experience designing shelf-ready packaging and art-directing photo and video shoots
- Experience leading and mentoring creatives, and managing external agencies and production partners
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, motion and video editing know-how, and confidence using AI tools in your creative workflow
- A maker-and-doer mindset, plugged into culture, memes, and TikTok-style content, and comfortable working at pace with founders in a fast-growing business
- Photography, video, animation, illustration, or motion skills (nice to have)
And you want...
- Base salary of up to $140,000 for the right candidate
- Unlimited PTO
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Hybrid flexibility
- And more!
