Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up 100+ unit multifamily project in Paterson, NJ.

Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Conduct daily site meetings and maintain strong communication with ownership, project management, and clients.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, RFIs, punch lists, and progress updates.

Monitor project quality and ensure subcontractor performance meets company standards.

The successful applicant will have:

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects.

Proven experience delivering wood-frame multifamily developments.

Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.

Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and stay ahead of administrative responsibilities.

Ability to lead teams, hold subcontractors accountable, and maintain project momentum.
