Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, setup of local project offices, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation. Maintains control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times. Present to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and encouraged results. May manage vendor relationships throughout the installation. Ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience of at least five yearsTravel as needed.5 years Project Management - security industry (preferred) or new construction experience.Available for Daily and some Overnight travel, 25%+ (pending on open projects)Preferred QualificationsCertifications preferred or ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment in the position.CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager)PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional)HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100K- $113K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
