What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment activities accurately in the health record
• Provide therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention within ethical and legal standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques to address inmate needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid LCSW or LPC license
• US citizenship (for ICE clearance)
• Experience in mental health treatment and assessments
• Ability to handle crisis interventions and provide counseling

Preferred:

• Experience working in correctional or forensic settings
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
