Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Day shift, 5 days a week (07:30 - 16:00) with every third Saturday required.

Job Description We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in spine and neuro rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive memory care for multiple diagnoses.

Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with various rehabilitation needs, primarily focusing on spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, with first-time travelers accepted. Active state OT license and NBCOT certification required. BLS certification is mandatory. Experience with adaptive equipment, community re-entry, and rehabilitation for dementia/Alzheimer's patients is preferred.
