Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client challenges and collaborate closely with clients to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques that promote emotional growth, resilience, and self-awareness.
• Develop and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of the latest therapeutic interventions and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele predominantly includes individuals and families dealing with a range of issues such as relationship dynamics, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Ability to exhibit empathy, support, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively manage workload and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting or private practice is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools for conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in group therapy facilitation, particularly within the context of family dynamics and relationship counseling.
