Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and psychosocial evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Deliver individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly assess progress toward these goals.
• Provide virtual therapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base, including adults, couples, and families dealing with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals regain control of their lives through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' unique experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective management of caseloads and documentation tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy in a private practice or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, particularly those relevant to treating families and couples.
• Experience with teletherapy modalities to facilitate remote sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• An annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
