Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while also providing the structure of a collaborative outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for both individuals and families, identifying barriers to mental health and developing actionable treatment strategies.
• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that adapt to the evolving needs of clients, including setting measurable goals and performing follow-ups.
• Engage actively with the multi-disciplinary team to enhance the treatment process through regular case discussions and collaborative planning.
• Utilize a broad array of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to address the unique needs of diverse client populations.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health trends and best practices by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly involve supporting families and individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. You will provide therapy for clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and family dynamics. The goal is to improve client relationships and empower individuals to navigate their personal journeys towards mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Possession of full clinical licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, fostering effective connections with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services as an LMFT, with a strong understanding of diverse treatment modalities tailored to family and couple dynamics, is preferred. Experience with electronic health record systems is also beneficial, facilitating streamlined documentation and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
