Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:Project Manager – Oil & Gas Facilities (posting title) Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on gas processing, compression, and amine facilities. In this role, you will manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. In this role, you are required to be Houston, TX-based and be on-site 3 days a week.You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and overall execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong project leadership skills with hands-on experience in midstream and gas facility projects.What You’ll DoLead the successful delivery of Oil & Gas projects, particularly gas processing, compression, and amine facilitiesManage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and profitabilityCoordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving forwardInterface with technical Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teamsMonitor project risks, changes, and performance, and implement solutions when neededOversee invoicing, change orders, and project reportingEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport business development efforts and help identify new project opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field10+ years of relevant experience in project delivery or project managementStrong experience in Oil & Gas, especially gas processing, compression, and amine systemsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary project teamsStrong communication, leadership, and client management skillsKnowledge of industry practices, regulations, and project execution processesProfessional registration is a plus, if applicableSecurity Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
