Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with steady work experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and an interest in clean-room manufacturing, medical device assembly, and quality-focused production.

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work in a controlled manufacturing environment where accuracy, teamwork, and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities

- Perform hand assembly, visual inspection, and production tasks in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete data collection, basic computer entry, and production documentation accurately.
- Inspect products using visual standards and measuring equipment to support quality requirements.
- Adapt to different manufacturing teams, buildings, or production areas as business needs change.
- Maintain strong attendance, safety awareness, and quality standards throughout each shift.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $24.50 to $27.40 per hour.
- 2nd shift pay: $24.50 per hour plus $2.40 shift differential, totaling $26.90 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Open shifts: Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050.
- Background check and drug test required.
