Customer Service RepresentativeThis position is responsible for providing excellent customer service both over the phone and to any walk in traffic. This position will also provide support for the data entry and administrative needs of multiple departments.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with answering questions and directing phone calls as necessaryProvide excellent customer service to walk in trafficProvide data entry and administrative support to multiple departmentsProcess payments and post to customer AR accounts as neededProcess returned mail and contact customers to get updated addressesSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Assist other departments with various tasks as time allowsOther duties as assignedQualification and/or Licensing Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyValid Oregon Driver’s LicensePosition is contingent on individual passing a pre-employment drug screenEducation and/or Experience Requirements:High School diploma and at least two years’ experience providing excellent customer service.Other Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and email.
