ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 after working as a State Farm team member since 2016, and today I lead a team of seven in the only female-owned State Farm agency in Central Oregon. I'm local to the area and deeply connected to the community we serve. Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking, waterfall hunting, spending time near the water, floating the river, reading (I average about 200 books a year), or heading to a concert. I'm married, have a cat, and truly value balance and enjoying life outside the office.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. We're actively involved with the Opportunity Foundation and Every Child, including organizing drives to support foster children during the holidays. We also work closely with Guardian Group and BNI members, founded our BNI chapter in 2019, and stay engaged through the local Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Representative for Jessica Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
