Overview Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiencesteam in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Midwest Region. Events includeentertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate all aspects of event curation, development and high-level execution of Audacy events and integrated marketing programs Assist in P&L Management for each event Support various programming, marketing and promotions initiatives by managing project timelines Develop and maintain relationships with promotional partners, venues, vendors, internal team and all departments Negotiate and execute contracts with promotional partners, venues, artists, vendors, and service providers Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners on event and marketing details Work with internal teams on social media copy, graphic design (including, ADMATs) in conjunction with integrated marketing and event programs Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with support from legal Conduct appropriate market research, network, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge base Collaborate with Sales Managers and Brand Managers on marketing and event ideation for client and brand initiatives Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives as needed Other duties assigned by manager Qualifications More About You: Required & Preferred: First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task Experience using Google Workspace Experience in Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and PromoSuite (promotion management software) Night and/or weekend work as needed Required: Two years’ experience executing marketing/promotions campaigns and event management Partnership Activation Experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training Important Notes: Please be aware that Audacy will never ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
