Join Silverspot Cinema! – Event Sales Manager Silverspot Cinema is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Event Sales Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, and execute corporate and social events at our luxury dine-in theaters. Flexible Hybrid/Remote | Must Reside in the Cleveland Area What You'll Do: Generate new business and build relationships with corporate and social event clients Manage leads and sales activity through Tripleseat CRM Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct venue tours Develop BEOs and coordinate event execution with theater operations teams Oversee events onsite and ensure exceptional guest experiences Manage client communications, post-event follow-up, and customer satisfaction Support invoicing, collections, and monthly sales reporting What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of event sales experience in hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or entertainment venues Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience managing events from inquiry through execution Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills CRM experience; Tripleseat experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Competitive salary plus commission opportunities Flexible hybrid/remote work environment 100% employer-paid employee-only medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for eligible management team members Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Free movie passes and employee discounts Supplemental benefit options available Silverspot Cinema is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify. #J-18808-Ljbffr
