Phlebotomist-Client Office

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist at (Premier Primary) in Marietta, GA. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM with a 1‑hour lunch break. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic tests Accurately enter patient and billing information in a timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Work in either a Patient Service Center or a Client office Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency if work experience is lacking Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test Benefits Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
