Production Manager

TravPRO Mobile, an AI powered B2B mobile SaaS company in the travel industry, is looking for a Production Manager to lead US Production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency between the Development team in the Netherlands and US Production & Client Services teams to meet project timelines and maintain optimal function of platforms. This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, schedule, and execute production activities leading to successful launch of client programs.
• Maintain schedule of determined project timelines with clients by tracking production schedule and content deliverables.
• Gather and preflight creative assets (logos, images, videos) to ensure they meet specifications.
• Build client programs in our proprietary content management system (CMS) by uploading editorial content, images, videos, maps, PDFs, etc.
• Provide production support post-launch as related to further development, updates, revisions, and additional modifications to platforms.
• Lead testing and quality assurance of UX of web and mobile applications on various devices.
• Maintain clear communication with and lead liaison between the development team, client services & production teams.

Qualifications for Production Manager:

• Ideally 3+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy across all levels of the production process 
• High regard for quality assurance and attention to detail
• Accountability and dependability across all areas of production process
• Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
• This is a US based role, with the ability to maintain EST hours

Salary Range: 50k-55k based on experience and qualifications
