How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Manage administrative function such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and performing general clerical tasks.
• Maintain staff schedules and timekeeping ensuring overall unit safety and protocol compliance.
• Assist with direct patient care, including meeting immediate needs, facilitating meals, and providing safe transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment to support optimal patient care delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Healthcare experience
• Admin or Clerical front office experience
• Customer Service experience
