TravelNurseSource is working with Aptiva Corp to find a qualified PCU / Stepdown RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68147!

Unit Information
• Unit Type: PCU Oncology (5 North)
• Primary Patient Population: Adult Oncology PCU and Trauma PCU patients
• Number of Beds: 18

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience required yes
• First-time travelers are accepted?? yes

Certifications
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required

Ratios
• Days: 1:4-1:5
• Nights: 1:4-1:5

Shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 0630a–7:00p
• 0630p–7:00a
• Every other weekend
• Self-scheduling - but will balance to the needs of the unit

Floating
• Travelers float to other Med/Surg and PCU units? yes
• Float assignments remain at the same level of care? yes

EMR: EPIC 

Patient Experience
• Hourly rounding and bedside shift report is a key patient experience focus.
