This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery. Please keep in mind that this is a part time role.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.Assist with organizing meeting and event logistical items and ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.Serve as a point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.Collaborate with Office Senior Associate to maintain office technology and furnishings.Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.Respond to maintenance requests and handle necessary repairs such as appliance troubleshooting, minor plumbing, electrical, and heating.Perform additional office repairs as needed, such as fixing flooring, drywall, plaster, or painting minor damage.Conduct quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, and related systems.#LI-SAWQualifications:0-2 years of experience in professional services operations.Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.Preferred Skills:Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information:This role requires working onsite at the Grand Rapids office location.Flexibility in schedule and potential travel may be necessary.If you're passionate about creating a positive office environment and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply!We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
