Travel to international sites monthly to lead and coordinate technical progress across a 24-hour development cycle. The ideal candidate 10-15 years of ascending experience at top-tier companies known for building both custom hardware and software stacks. Proven expertise in managing complex, global engineering teams and delivering production-ready AI systems in high-ambiguity environments.
