Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Days

Join a leading academic medical center as a Respiratory Therapist and provide advanced respiratory care in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Performing diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following established standards and guidelines. Collaborating with healthcare team members through effective communication and documentation. Educating patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments, utilizing diverse learning styles. Applying advanced clinical skills such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep lab procedures. Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses and certifications including Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, and BLS. Ability to perform multiple duties with effective time management. Students within six months of graduation are encouraged to apply. Additional Details Full-time day shifts, including 12-hour shifts and rotating on-call duties. Every third weekend commitment.
