Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights

Provides direct respiratory care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to hospital and departmental guidelines. Demonstrates advanced clinical expertise, supports patient safety, and serves as a resource within the healthcare team. Responsibilities Communicates effectively through documentation and collaboration with healthcare team members. Educates patients, families, students, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures, utilizing diverse learning styles. Performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures per established standards, troubleshooting as needed. Supports advanced clinical skills such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, sleep studies, and BLS. Prioritizes tasks, manages time efficiently, and seeks ongoing learning opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support. No prior experience required; strong clinical knowledge and communication skills necessary.
