Job Overview A law firm seeks a Federal Tax Associate in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in transactional federal taxation and must be licensed in Ohio or willing to take the Ohio Bar Examination. This position is on a partnership track and offers an excellent compensation and benefits package. Duties Provide legal advice on federal tax matters. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws. Draft and review legal documents related to taxation. Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies. Requirements 2 to 4 years of law firm practice experience in federal taxation. Licensed in Ohio or willing to take the Ohio Bar Examination. Excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Ohio Bar License or eligibility to obtain. Skills Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent writing and communication abilities.
