Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Intervention Specialist license preferred)
• Prior experience supporting students with disabilities in a school setting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide direct instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators and related service providers
