TRC  is recruiting for a Sales support Coordinator for one of our clients. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for coordination and communications between all global Sales Specialists and the GSO Sales, technical, project engineering teams. The on-site role also directly supports customer meeting scheduling, quotation support, demonstration and training visits, opportunity follow-ups, and general sales, CRM and administrative support needs. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Coordinate inbound customer sales inquiries regarding product applications, specifications, pricing, and lead-times. 

• Manage and streamline communications between customers, the Sales team, and internal departments 

• Support initial application pre-qualification of incoming information requests. 

• Assist with test sample requests, prioritization, sample tracking and reports. 

• Assist sales team by providing accurate technical and product information directly to customers. Provide post-sale customer follow-up outreach to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Coordinate efficient routing and resolution of customer product or service issues with engineering, quality and services team 

• Support sales representatives by generating timely and accurate quotes and compiling necessary product documentation from Project Engineering and R&D. 

• Maintain, monitor and internally expedite the proposal priority pipeline. 

• Monitor and update sales team on PO status updates, lead-times and availability. 

• Assist Sales team Demo system Logistics: Coordinate and arrange logistics for demo units, to meetings, and assist with international shipments

• Maintain and update customer updates, sales data, and Salesforce CRM system. 

• Organize customer and IP team meeting/training agendas, lunches, etc., if required. 

• Help to prepare sales team and management reports on monthly and annual basis. 

• Establish and maintain a global communication

• Track and communicate with sales team performance to global goals. 

 

Qualifications 

• Exceptional attention to details ,can-do attitude with team and customers. 

• Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility with changes in priorities. 

• Ability to work efficiently as a team, and independently with minimal supervision. 

• Timeliness, good communications and attendance dependability. 

• Flexible with changes in work requirements with ability to stay focused and meet deadlines, which may require possible extended working hours.  

• Results oriented focus, with the ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project schedules. 

 

Skills, and Abilities 

• 3-5+ years of experience with administrative and customer support roles 

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail and processes. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills for building team and customer relationships.
