Responsibilities Handle employment-based immigration matters including: H-1B PERM Labor Certification I-140 petitions L-1, O-1, TN, and E visas Adjustment of Status applications Prepare and review petitions and supporting documentation Communicate with corporate clients and foreign national employees Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations Manage case files and deadlines independently Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar license in at least one U.S. state Minimum 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently Experience with immigration case management software preferred Position Details Part-time position Flexible hours In-office Competitive compensation based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Associates Systems LLC
