I'm currently working closely with one of Texas' most respected full-service law firms on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career with an established Texas platform that combines sophisticated employment litigation with practical day-to-day employment counseling. You'll work directly with experienced partners, advise a broad range of businesses, and gain meaningful responsibility from day one. Advise a diverse client base, including closely held businesses, family-owned companies and private equity-backed enterprises. Broad employment practice offering a mix of litigation, counseling and workplace investigations. Strong mentorship, direct client exposure and genuine long-term career progression. Existing client relationships and referral opportunities provide an excellent platform to grow your practice. Handle employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and hearing preparation. Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues, compliance and employment risk management. Conduct workplace investigations and assist with internal employment matters. Counsel clients on wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, leave management and other employment law issues. Work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated employment disputes and strategic advisory matters. Build long-term client relationships while developing into a trusted employment law advisor. Must Have 1+ years' experience in employment law. Strong legal writing, analytical and communication skills. Client-service mindset with excellent attention to detail. Long-term growth mindset and desire to develop your career within an established Texas practice. Experience handling both employment litigation and employment counseling matters. Exposure to wage & hour matters, discrimination claims and workplace investigations. Interest in advising businesses on practical employment law solutions and risk management.
