Position Summary We have an immediate opening in our Madison office for a Labor & Employment Associate with three to seven years of experience or Senior Counsel with eight or more years of experience preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education business unit and should have an active Wisconsin bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities Employment litigation Transactional work focused on employment issues Day‑to‑day counseling of clients on a full range of employment law and compliance issues Qualifications Three to seven years of experience for a Labor & Employment Associate or eight or more years for Senior Counsel Active Wisconsin bar license or commitment to obtain one promptly Excellent academic credentials Commitment to community, superior interpersonal skills, and a record of working well under pressure Exceptional judgment, the ability to handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more.
