• Clients and adjusters who hear from you directly

What makes a strong candidate

• Insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience

• The confidence to give a client a candid evaluation, including when the news isn't good

• Organization that holds up under a busy docket

• Senior attorneys are actively encouraged to apply. Experience here translates into bigger cases, more trial time, guiding associates and a stronger case for partnership
