Location: Boynton Beach, Florida — this is a fully in-office opportunity designed for attorneys who enjoy collaborating with a team and being hands-on with their cases. Note Candidates must have a JD, an active Florida Bar license, 2+ years of general attorney experience, and no disciplinary or malpractice history. Personal injury experience and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required. Job Description Manage a high-volume caseload of 100% pre-suit personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Develop case strategies and identify ethical, practical solutions to legal issues throughout the life of each claim. Provide thoughtful legal guidance to clients while building trust through responsive and effective communication. Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and advocate for favorable client outcomes. Handle PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath. Research and stay current on applicable legislation, case law, and developments affecting personal injury matters. Maintain organized case files, deadlines, documentation, and communications throughout the pre-suit process. Collaborate with the legal team to move cases efficiently toward successful resolution. Represent the firm professionally in the community and participate in appropriate marketing and outreach activities. Qualifications JD degree from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of general attorney experience. No disciplinary or malpractice history. Strong oral, written, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Genuine interest in personal injury law and client advocacy. Self-starter with strong judgment, organization, and long-term career goals. Personal injury experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
