Public Health Analyst

Managing the self-funded process for assigned clients, the full-time remote Self-Funded Analyst will oversee stop loss and TPA (ASO) marketing processes, project manage the stop loss renewal cycle, and provide daily support to leadership. Key responsibilities Manage the self-funded process for all assigned clients Market TPA (ASO) pricing and communicate results and recommendations to field offices Develop and maintain relationships with stop loss carriers, TPA partners, and OneDigital consultants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience with a group insurance carrier (TPA), captive, brokerage, or consulting firm Working knowledge of group insurance underwriting across self-funded, stop loss, and fully insured plans Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Active Life & Health producer license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (company paid)
