Public Health Analyst

Driving strategic insights through data analysis, the remote Senior Health Plan Analyst will extract, analyze, and transform complex health plan data while creating dashboards, leading quality assurance audits, and providing mentorship to optimize value-based care contract performance. Key responsibilities Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to enhance market performance and daily operations Investigate and resolve data quality issues, applying testing algorithms to large data streams Source and organize data from multiple streams, executing advanced SQL queries for analysis and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of experience with data management, analysis, QA, and auditing healthcare or payer data Intermediate SQL programming experience, preferably with Snowflake Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
