Broken Arrow - Union, 5000 W Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States of America Job Description RCB Bank is seeking an individual to assist loan officers with administrative lending and clerical duties, serving as the primary receptionist and providing customer support within the branch. What we’re looking for Self‑motivated with strong prioritization skills. Excellent time management and strong verbal & written communication. Friendly, courteous customer interaction. Accurate task/project management meeting stringent deadlines. A strong interest in community involvement. What you’ll do Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with the loan needs of the branch/market. Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan. Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; prepare loans for booking and type credit memos, letters and correspondence. Cross‑sell bank products. Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages as circumstances dictate. Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning. What you must have High school diploma or GED. Financial organizational skills and understanding of financial information. What might set you apart Previous experience as a loan assistant.
