Job Responsibilities Support Loan Officers with consumer, commercial, USDA B&I, and SBA 7(a)/504 applications. Gather borrower documentation and complete all pre‑closing requirements. Prepare loan document requests, coordinate closing packages, and assist with funding. Submit mortgages, assignments, modifications, and other recordable items. Maintain accurate loan files and assist with exception lists, past‑due monitoring, and maturity tracking. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of loan assistant experience. Experience in commercial lending; USDA/SBA exposure is a positive but not required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license; ability to work at the Tulsa branch.
